My "nickname"

I've been referred to as "Zipper" ever since high school in South Australia, many years ago.
I got the moniker because school mates had trouble pronouncing my last name "Ziersch" and it's followed me around ever since - I don't mind because they could have easily chosen something quite offensive instead.

While casting around for a trading name for my business, all I could think of was "Zipper's Driving School". A bit weird I suppose but it's unique, as far as I know.

First post

I was browsing this site and remembered creating an account some time ago, so I thought I'd better put something on it.

I intend to update on a regular basis soon, but for now I this brief entry will allow me to get the "feel" of things.
